Rose Otto Essential Oil Discussion:
This oil has the most invigorating and potent aroma of rose. It ia very rare to find this oil in such amazing quality. Rose essential oils are said to have a frequency of 320 Hz, which is one of the highest of all the essential oils. We carry two types of rose essential oil. There is this rose otto, made from pink roses, and then there is the red rose that is known as Davana, which has a more subtle rose scent. Davana has a lighter, robust scent that synergizes with everyone’s skin differently, making the scent unique to users.
Rose growing in the wild is considered to be invasive. It is said that tick volumes are very low wherever it is found growing, indicating its constituents may help repel ticks. Rose otto is the rose scent that is commonly used in DIY repellants.
Rose otto may help to soothe the mind, body, and the soul. It may help to uplift, which in turn may support things like chronic stress, anxiety, and depression. It may help to open the consciousness of the mind, and it is traditionally used in ceremonies.
It is said to take approximately 60 roses to make a single drop of pure essential oil. A half ounce bottle of rose essential oil requires 65 pounds of roses. A single ounce of oil may contain 60,000 roses!

Essential Oil Discussion:
I have worked with essential oils for over a decade now. As a matter of fact, I was a pioneer in their use, long before they were commonly known about. I have attained working and personal knowledge, getting to know the individual oils, including their scents, properties, cautions, interchangeabilities, blending preferences, synergistic qualities, and similarities! I have sought out and selected THE best, therapeutic-grade essential oils from all over the world, assuring quality, purity, and reputability. I source some of my oils from the same vendors used by the brand name companies.
Essential oils heighten our emotional, mental, and physical states, supporting the body’s natural processes. Every molecule delivers healing properties, which can be attained by either transdermal absorption or with aromatherapy use. The second you inhale a molecule, it comes into contact with nerves and sensors within the olfactory system, which passes signals to the brain. The brain then becomes a messenger, releasing neurotransmitters to initiate the body’s supportive processes.
Steam distillation is the traditional method used to extract essential oil compounds. The cold-pressed extraction is the method that involves squeezing the essential oil from fresh plant matter in a compress. Some essential oils are absolutes, which are normally oils with very high aromatic qualities, such as delicate blossoms, like the lotus flower. Lastly, some oils are known as CO2 extracts, which utilize carbon dioxide as a solvent.
Most oils must be mixed with a carrier before being used on the skin. Pure essential oil molecules do not pass through the skin barrier easily. They remain on the surface and require another oil molecule to bind to them and enter the tissues and bloodstream. An example of a carrier would be coconut, avocado, olive, sesame seed, or sunflower oil. Keep in mind that thin oils may go into the skin layer faster, whereas thick oils may sit on the skin for a longer period of time.
I would also like to mention that using essential oils in my kitchen has changed the way that I cook and upgraded the way that my family eats. We love the tase and aroma of the meals. I may be supporting my family’s health each time that they eat! Do your own research before using essential oils in the kitchen, including the possible health benefits of adding them to your food. Here is my blog about cooking with essential oils: “The Culinary Uses of Essential Oils” We offer s culinary essential oil package as well. Culinary Essential Oil Package.
I am also a proud pioneer of belly button soaks! These are new, uncharted waters that have only begun to be researched. The navel is connected directly and indirectly to many important parts and processes of the body! You can learn more about navel soaking by reading “Belly Button Solutions™“.
There are a few places on the body that offer deeper access within the body and using diluted essential oils in these places may be ideal. There is a dent between our back shoulder blades, where every nerve of the body may crisscross. We also have a vein on the back of our necks. The bottoms of our feet have been used for centuries. The armpits and under the breasts may also act as a portal to deeper areas within.
\Get to know essential oils yourself. Essential oils should not be used while pregnant. The liver of some animals cannot process the essential oil molecules, which means that caution should be used even while diffusing them into the air. We will be adding an animal safety chart to each essential oil very soon….
Some D.I.Y. and additive ideas would be: body wash, breath fresheners, carpet powders, perfume, room/linen spray, cosmetics, diffusing, detox bath, foot soak, home cleaning water, insect bite site application, jetted tubs, as a food preservative, laundry freshener/sanitizer, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, candles, soap, washing produce, air freshener, vacuum and trash can freshener, aromatherapy/steam inhalation, and much more!
