Supporting immunity is THE top recommendation of most experts, protocols, cleanses, and as a general maintenance step. Top Lyme herbalists tell us that pathogens may hide by manipulating our immune system and with the added support, eventually, immune cells may begin to regain the ability to recognize the pathogenic proteins. This may eventually “train” our immune system, just as we discussed in the “Oral Tolerance” section of this website. Supporting immunity may possibly offer this same type of assistance.

This blend contains amazing herbs for immunity support. They are all considered to be invasives (resistant to localized pathogens), superior in other ways, and medicinal mushrooms. The medicinal mushrooms in this blend are lion’s mane, reishi, and cordyceps. Another special aspect that we feel deserves a bit of a mention, the boneset, in the tinctures, is processed as fresh plant material, which we are told by top Lyme herbalists, may be the most superior way to utilize this herb. 

Product Information: 

We always choose and make our products with unprocessed, ethically wildcrafted plant material, when possible. We also add freshly harvested, green plant material, wherever we can! This allows for a rare and unique availability of enzymes. Normally these enzymes are lost in the drying process and as far as we know, we are unique to this added bonus and tincturing method. Many companies that make simple elixirs don’t even know how to do it properly!

Our second choice is whole plant material that we can grind down to a silky fine powder, ensuring that even though dry, numerous compounds are still present. Lastly, if those are not available, we will responsibly purchase, organic herb. We use wildcrafted, full-spectrum herbs where possible in our single blends, although, due to limited stock, individual teas and capsules are almost always made with responsibly purchased herb. We reserve the right to interchangeably use any part needed and processing method used at any time if needed. 

“Full-spectrum”, means that the product contains every part of the plant, including the roots, and wherever we can, we even add the flower or fruit!

As we have explained, elsewhere on this website, we believe it is key to choose multiple methods of administration to reach maximum saturation! Our recommendation would be to choose two or three routes from a tincture, capsules, tea, or as a navel soak. For example, you can choose all with anti-fungal supportive compounds, or work on multiple aspects at once, with multiple products.

Methods of Administration:

Standard Tinctures – Herbal compounds extracted in an alcohol base. Tinctures are generally taken under the tongue, where compounds are microscopic and ready for instant uptake,  just like plants absorb them in nature! Alcohol may carry them into the bloodstream, where they may then may go into circulation to reach harder to reach areas, like the organs. In digestion, it is said that up to 90% of the compounds may be damaged and lost. Tinctures may bypass digestion for maximum compounds and benefits. This method may offer the highest absorption, compared to others. 

Colloidal Tinctures – Similar to what is known as “liposomal”. Standard tinctures are put through an energetic process to collide compounds with oxygenated bubbles with a sonification method. This method may be used by large companies, on a larger and more processed scale. It is said to create microscopic bubbles to encase herbal molecules.

Any type of tincture can be used as an additive to personal products. For example, shampoo, lotion, a detox bath, nebulizing, topically, and even as belly button soaks.

Glycerites – Herbal compounds extracted in vegetable glycerin. This may offer lower absorption than an alcohol tincture, although a better option for those most sensitive, as well as babes, our small children and young animals. Many of my customers report back that they feel as though they received the results they were looking for with taking a glycerite. 

Capsules – 60 OR 120, size 00, vegetable capsules. Our capsules are handmade to order. 

Herbal Tea – Each teabag can be brewed up to three times, resulting in each bag making three cups of tea, each. Generally, this equates up to 60-75 cups of tea per 6 oz. order! You will still receive medicinal benefits from the third brew. Each label specifies exact instructions on brewing for each individual herb, which highly depends on the parts used in the tea.

Always start low and work up the dose you desire. If you are sensitive, you may want to work with drops, rather than droppers. working up and pushing yourself over time. Taking your herbs with food may also help. Best results may come with consistent use, as the herbal compounds may accumulate over time.
