 There’s a reason most doctors avoid the subject of mold toxicity, because they are extremely complicated, and science still has not caught up enough to completely understand the mechanisms at work. Mold is like billions of tiny, conscious entities living in our bodies, feeding on us. We stuck to the same “safe” foods until we felt like we were over the threshold of messing up, causing us to go backwards, which is what happens time and time again when fighting mold. Raw egg smoothies were what we ate for breakfast and lunch. For dinner, we had a baked meat and baked or boiled vegetable. We made sure that the fungus had nothing to feed on with what we were consuming. The “Glycemic Diet” may be a helpful guide to follow during fungal invasion. It was created for diabetics, giving food a number, depending on how much sugar it contains, including the digestion sugar conversion.

Here is a quick rundown of the selections we feel that may have the most potent antifungal activity. Tinctures may enter the tissues quickly, which the compounds may then go directly into the bloodstream and circulate to the organs. As we explain throughout this website, we feel that saturation of the same, or similar, blend by taking it in two different methods of administration, may be very helpful.
