These are the cayenne selections that are made with the whole pepper, which is measured in “hotness” by its HU, or heat units. This is a middle rating, as some go all the way up to the millions. Although, I would never want to take something that hot and it may not be necessary to receive benefits to have them that hot. Since the ages this heat unit ratio seems to work just fine. This may be considered to be a rating a bit high, as most companies sell it in much less HU.
