Description

Pain~Ease Discussion:

An alcohol-infused, analgesic, anesthetic, rapid-penetrating pain spray that offers both hot and cold therapy! It is a comprehensive spray from natural herbal compounds, many of which are hand-picked, hand-ground, or wildcrafted by me. They can be used anywhere on the body, including the neck. Pain~Ease Ice may help by cooling the skin with its menthol compounds. Pain~Ease Spice may warm the skin, using its spicy compounds to boost circulation within the vessels of the skin. You can purchase both at a discount.

The alcohol base will bind to the compounds, pulling them deeply into the skin, possibly deeper than most others are capable of. Black Pepper is added for its potent adaptogenic capabilities. Adaptogens are known to enhance the effects of other herbal compounds, which also seem to know exactly where to go in the body and where they are needed the most.

Cold therapy (Cryotherapy) entails cooling the skin, resulting in a tingly, numbing, and cool sensation. Coldness on the skin may cause the vessels to constrict, slowing down the blood flow. Heat therapy (Thermotherapy) entails warming the skin, leaving a tingly, numbing, warm sensation. Warming the skin may help the vessels to dilate, in turn allowing more blood to pump to the area. No matter which one you choose, they both contain the same pain-relieving plant compounds. These sprays may be enhanced by keeping them refrigerated or using it after a warm bath.

Arnica montana is the main herb, due to its potency when used to help relieve pain. It is an herbalist’s “go-to” herb for topical pain support with pain. It is often used in topical creams and gels. It has been recognized for its ability to relieve muscle pain, stiffness, and bruising for centuries. Arnica may also reduce swelling and the appearance of bruises. The actions behind this are that it may stimulate blood flow to the affected area, which in turn helps to clear trapped blood and fluids that cause the bruising discoloration. This Study suggests that arnica gel may be as effective as ibuprofen gel!

It also contains Solomon’s Seal, which is known to help with quick healing of injuries, sprains, connective tissue and cartilage injuries, bruising and it is a natural treatment for arthritis and low back pain. Juniper has terpenes that specialize in stimulating the healing process. They are used by others for joint pain, arthritis, as well as disorders of the muscles and tendons. Calendula is known to help those who are having a hard time with pain as well.

Comfrey has been used for centuries to help with more chronic pain and it too may help to reduce the appearance of bruises. Passionflower may help as a relaxant, which when applied topically it may help with any cramping, twitching, or stiffness within the muscles. Willow trees are used in pain pharmaceuticals, such as aspirin, for its salicin! I just happen to have a lovely willow growing in my backyard. I add Echinacea angustifolia and Spilanthes because they have a numbing and tingling effect!

There are herbs in this spray that you will not find sources for! I am known for growing my own medicinal plants. I hand-pick, hand-grind, or wildcraft: Juniper, Calendula, Comfrey, Spilanthes, St. John’s Wort, Horsetail, Spilanthes, Desert Willow, Peppermint, Ginger, and Passionflower!

If you are interested, I offer the essential oil blends Ice & Spice as a pure signature essential oil! I also have Menthol Oil, elsewhere on this site!
